Red Dots

In your work environment, put red dots (or other visual reminder) in various places such as by the coffee machine, next to the door, by the water cooler, to remind you to pause for a moment, and breathe.

Tada List (NOT To-do list!)

Instead of a to-do list, during the day write down all the things you are achieving. This can be even just small steps of what you did or things you remembered.

Look at the list in the evening. You will probably be astonished at how much you actually did.

In Between Exercise

Use moments of transition from one room to another or one activity to another to experience this moment mindfully.
