Access to Work & Reasonable Adjustments

This workshop empowers participants with essential knowledge about workplace rights and support systems available in the UK.

For employers, investing in this knowledge leads to improved employee retention, increased productivity, and enhanced workplace satisfaction. When employees understand their rights and feel confident in requesting appropriate support, organisations benefit from reduced absence rates, better talent retention, and a more inclusive workplace culture that attracts top talent.

Hidden Grief: Understanding and supporting non-death losses

In this course, you’ll learn what other types of losses might have affected your wellbeing and how you can support yourself and others with hidden losses. We’ll explore anticipatory grief, disenfranchised grief, and the stigma around deaths by suicide or drug use. You’ll discover practical ways to acknowledge these losses and begin the healing process.

Whether you’re supporting colleagues, friends, family members, or yourself, this course will give you the tools to recognise and respond to grief that often goes unseen.

Self Care Without Guilt

Self Care Without Guilt will guide you through understanding why thinking that self care is selfish is outdated and harmful, and what else you can do to include yourself in the care you give to your family.

You’ll learn tools and strategies you can continuously build to lead a more holistic life – one that doesn’t mean exchanging care for yourself with neglect for others.

This course will give you the confidence and confirmation that’s been missing in your life to go forward with more gratitude for yourself, energy to manage life’s demands, and harmony in your relationships.

This course is for anyone juggling care responsibilities, whether for children, elderly parents, or other family members, while managing their professional life.

Menopause & Self Care

This workshop combines practical strategies with creative approaches to help women navigate this significant life transition. This can also include transgender, non-binary and intersex people who may experience menopausal-like symptoms and would like emotional & practical support.

For organisations, offering menopause support helps retain valuable expertise and leadership potential that might otherwise be lost during this transition. A menopause-aware workplace typically sees reduced sickness rates and strengthened team morale as employees who experience menopausal challenges feel valued and understood.

Compassion fatigue in first responders & frontline workers

In this course, you will learn to identify what part of your burnout and struggles are caused by vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue, and what part is caused by the everyday demands of caring for your family, whether that’s elderly parents or children transitioning into independence.

You’ll discover practical strategies to protect your wellbeing whilst maintaining your commitment to helping others, and learn how to create sustainable practices that honour both your professional calling and your personal needs.

This course is for frontline workers, first responders, and caring professionals who want to continue making a difference without sacrificing their own mental health and family relationships.

Grief of a Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis

This workshop explores the emotional journey following a late diagnosis of autism or ADHD in adulthood. With more women receiving diagnoses in midlife – often triggered by menopausal hormonal changes that amplify neurodivergent traits – this topic is vital for today’s workforce. Understanding this experience is crucial for both personal and professional growth.

For organisations, supporting employees through late diagnosis helps unlock previously untapped potential and unique problem-solving abilities. Understanding neurodivergent traits leads to more effective team dynamics and innovative workplace solutions.
