Grief doesn't just affect how we feel - it transforms how we think, work, and connect.

I support both individuals and organisations through the complexity of grief and loss.

Whether you need corporate grief consultancy to create more compassionate workplaces, individual coaching to navigate your own grief journey, books or online learning resources to deepen your understanding, I’m here to help.

My approach combines evidence-based frameworks with lived experience to honour the full spectrum of human loss – because when we acknowledge grief properly, we don’t just honour our humanity, we protect our most valuable resources: our people.

Corporate Support

I help organisations, teams and individuals understand the far-reaching impact of grief, from how it affects concentration and decision-making, to capacity and productivity. When one person grieves, the ripple effects touch everyone around them – changing team dynamics, shifting workplace atmosphere, and influencing collective performance.

Through evidence-based education and compassionate consultancy, I provide the frameworks, tools, and support needed to navigate the complexity of grief in professional environments.

Corporate

You know you want to create a workplace where people feel truly valued, even during life’s inevitable challenges. I help organisations understand that grief extends far beyond bereavement and develop practical approaches to support their staff – building the kind of culture that inspires loyalty while protecting your most valuable asset – your people.

Individual Support

I offer structured one-to-one coaching for those experiencing the complex emotions that come with major life transitions and identity shifts. My approach recognises that traditional grief support often overlooks the losses embedded in diagnosis, self-discovery, and personal growth.

We work together to develop personalised strategies for processing these experiences. This isn’t quick-fix therapy; meaningful change typically unfolds over 6 months to 2 years, allowing time to integrate insights and build lasting resilience skills that serve you beyond our work together

You know you deserve support for all of life’s challenges, not just the losses that come with sympathy cards. I help individuals understand that grief extends far beyond bereavement and create practical strategies for working through the life-changing realisations that nobody prepared you for – whether that’s discovering you’re autistic, receiving a chronic illness diagnosis, or recognising patterns that have shaped your whole life.

My work is rooted in the belief that acknowledging grief fully is essential to human dignity.
