Life’s journey can be especially challenging when you’re a neurodivergent entrepreneur facing burnout, self-doubt, and the weight of past traumas. I know because I’ve walked that path too.
As a neurodivergent individual, I’ve grappled with significant childhood trauma that led to depression and anxiety. Later in life, I developed chronic illness as a delayed trauma response. I’m still on my healing journey, working through these layers of experience. Yet, through this process, I’ve discovered something powerful: it’s possible to find genuine happiness and fulfilment.
My approach isn’t about quick fixes or universal solutions. It’s about creating a judgement-free space where you can explore your deepest beliefs, challenge limiting behaviours, and unlock your innate wisdom. Through my ‘Awareness Challenge Change’ method, we engage in substantive, transformative work over 6 months to 2 years.
I believe in the power of unconditional acceptance and lived experience. My path from struggle to contentment fuels my commitment to helping others find their way.
