Individual Support

Who I am & How I work

Do you ever feel like your emotional responses to situations don’t make sense, or are shocked by your feelings and behaviour?

Do you feel overwhelmed, guilty and misunderstood a lot of the time, and you don’t even understand yourself?

What would your life and your relationships look like, if you didn’t have to fight for happiness anymore?

Instead, by understanding the reasons for your behaviour and the dynamics in your relationships you could make lasting changes and better decisions?

I offer a personalised, holistic approach to coaching and mentoring, drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise.

My lived experience informs every aspect of my work.

As someone who is autistic with ADHD, lives with chronic illness, uses a wheelchair part-time, and is part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring a unique perspective to coaching and mentoring.

This personal insight, coupled with my professional training, enables me to provide empathetic and practical support.

My areas of focus include:

  • Autism/ADHD
  • Chronic Illness Management
  • Grief and Loss
  • Trauma Recovery
  • Improving Wellbeing

I work with clients over 6 months to 2 years, recognising that meaningful change takes time.

Our sessions, held fortnightly, last 90 minutes.

I provide resources and notes after each session, and clients can reach out between meetings if needed.

If you’re looking for support with neurodivergence, chronic illness, or other life challenges, I’m here to help you work towards positive change, improved wellbeing, and personal growth.

My background includes mental health support work since 2020, Grief Recovery training (2016), Edu Therapy training (2022), and Business Coaching.

I’m accredited with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring, and have training as a suicide first aider and West Yorkshire Suicide Prevention Champion.

To ensure accessibility, I offer a sliding scale of fees from £60 to £150, based on individual circumstances.

I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you. For you are not broken.
I will not heal you. For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.

Trauma Informed Support

Trauma informed work doesn’t mean working on the symptoms, but going to the source of your emotional pain, healing the original wound.

It also means understanding how your brain changed due to the trauma and that all the emotions you feel make perfect sense and served a very important role.

However, if you feel that these emotions don’t serve you anymore and you would like to feel calm, joy and happiness in your life, then please get in touch.
